Time
In order that we may prepare the suite for the next guest,
check out time is 11.00am. If you wish to extend beyond this
time, please let us know so that we can make suitable arrangements.

The following credit cards are accepted: American Express,
Diners Club, JTB, Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard.
~ Dry Cleaning
The dry cleaning service is available through housekeeping.
~ ETA Tourist Visas

~ Hair Dryer
For your convenience, an electric hair dryer can be found
in your bathroom.
~ Housekeeping
Housekeeping is happy to assist with any additional toiletries.
A washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board are
provided for your personal convenience in each suite.

Incoming mail will be held at reception for your collection.
Please leave out going mail at reception for prompt mailing.
Stamps are available.
~ Medical
Services
24 hour medical services and several pharmacies are located
only a short stroll away.
~ Mini Bar
Select your favourite beverage or snack from your personal
mini bar. These will be replenished daily.
~ Parking
Facilities
Free security parking for one vehicle per suite is available
in the ground floor car park. Your remote control is available
from reception to operate the car park door.
~ Pay Television
Complimentary pay television.
~ Pool
The pool is conveniently located on the first floor. It is
a salt water Mediterranean pool and is heated for your comfort
when necessary.
~ Power
All power in your suite is activated by inserting your key
tag into the receptacle.
~ Reception
The reception is open from 7.00am to 8.00pm
~ Restaurants
A wide variety of first class restaurants are located nearby.
~ Security
Please lock your door when in or out of the room. When ready
for bed please ensure the windows are locked. Please contact
reception for lost property. For your safety and convenience,
your suite key will also allow access to the main reception
door. Keep your key with you until checkout.
~ Tour Information
/ Bookings
The tour brochure board in reception is full of exciting tours
and activities. Reception is pleased to book tours and is
happy to advise on shopping and general sight seeing.
~ Water
We would like to assure all our overseas visitors that our
water is pure, clean and safe to drink.

~ Apollo ~

Situated in the upstairs lounge is a bust
of Apollo, the son of Zeus and Leto. Renowned for his beauty,
he is the god of music, poetry, youth, prophecy, agriculture
and pastoral life in Greek mythology. He was also a leader
of the muses.
~ Aphrodite ~
Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of desire/love.
Her magic girdle made everyone fall in love with her and she
bore many children to different gods whilst being unfaithful
to her husband Hephastus (god of fire).
~ Janus ~

Janus, the Roman god of thresholds and beginnings
- the day, month, year and other major activities - even the
month of January is named after him. Janus is represented
as two-faced, having the ability to look both forward and
back.
~ Il Palazzo ~

So named in homage of the magnificent Renaissance
palaces found in Rome - over 50 of which still survive in
an area only a mile in diameter.
